Abstract

Рассматривается реализация мер тарифной политики, проводимой в рамках обязательного пенсионного страхования, и их влияние на уровень фискальной нагрузки страховых взносов на экономику. анализируются взаимосвязи между изменениями ставок страховых взносов и динамикой скрытой оплаты труда и заработной платы. Приводятся предложения по дальнейшему совершенствованию и повышению эффективности использования инструментов страховой тарифной политики.The article deals with measures of the tariff policy implemented in the compulsory pension insurance framework and their impact on the insurance premium fiscal load on the economy. Interrelations between insurance premium rate changes and the dynamics of hidden labor remuneration and salaries are analyzed. Proposals for further improvement of the insurance tariff policy tools efficiency are put forward.
