Abstract

В современных условиях развитые и развивающиеся страны стремятся к достижению устойчивых темпов экономического роста, что может быть обеспечено посредством применения механизма отложенных налоговых платежей инфраструктурных проектов. Причем зарубежная практика не дает однозначной положительной оценки использования данного механизма, что находит отражение в данной статье.Under current conditions sustainable economic growth in developed and developing countries is achievable through applying the mechanism of deferred tax payments for infrastructure projects. But the article points that according to international experience this mechanism does not necessarily provide unambiguously positive results.
