Abstract

В статье раскрывается правовая природа неналоговых доходов бюджета, а также исследуются особенности финансового контроля доходов от распоряжения государственным имуществом, от таможенных платежей, от административных штрафов.The article describes the legal nature of non-tax revenues, as well as peculiarities of the financial control of the income from the disposal of state assets, from customs duties, administrative penalties.
