Abstract

В статье рассматривается применение конструкции субдоговора в сфере выполнения научно-исследовательских, опытно-конструкторских и технологических работ. Автор определяет правовую сущность и основные положения о субдоговоре в сфере выполнения научно-исследовательских, опытно-конструкторских и технологических работ.This article discusses the application of the construction subcontracts in the field of scientific research, experimental design and technological work. The author defines the legal entity and the main provisions of the subcontract in the field of scientific research, experimental design and technological work.
