Взаимосвязь Рыночной И Кадастровой Стоимости Недвижимости В Целях Налогообложения

Abstract

При переходе к системе налогообложения недвижимости на основе ее рыночной стоимости возрастает актуальность корректного нормативно-правового регулирования взаимосвязи рыночной и кадастровой стоимости объекта недвижимости. В статье акцентировано внимание на методологии взаимосвязи рыночной и кадастровой стоимости, развитии законодательства об оценочной деятельности и практике судебных споров по вопросам применения рыночной стоимости в качестве кадастровой. Сделан вывод о возрастании значения этих процедур при дальнейшем развитии налогообложения недвижимости на основе ее рыночной стоимости.
