Abstract

Данная статья посвящена учету затрат на внедрение и сопровождение комплексных информационных систем управления бизнесом. Автором рассмотрены основные методики оценки эффективности внедрения подобных систем и систематизированы основные риски, возникающие при внедрении и использовании систем автоматизации бизнеса.This article is devoted to consideration of the costs of implementation and maintenance of complex information systems management business. The author describes the main methods of assessing the effectiveness of the implementation of such systems and systematized the main risks arising from the introduction and use of automation systems business.
