Abstract

Показано место и значение механизмов управления региональными финансовыми ресурсами для обеспечения финансовой устойчивости территорий. Обоснована целесообразность применения воспроизводственного подхода к оценке финансовых потоков территориальных систем. Определены основные показатели оценки финансового состояния регионов, раскрыты тенденции их изменения по мере трансформации дотационных территорий в саморазвивающиеся. Обозначены условия становления саморазвивающихся регионовThe place and the value of the control mechanisms of the regional financial resources to ensure the financial sustainability of the territories. The expediency of application of the reproduction approach to the assessment of financial flows territorial systems. Defined key performance indicators to assess the financial condition of the regions, revealed trends of their changes as the transformation of subsidized territories in self-developing. Identify conditions of formation of the self-developing regions
