Abstract

Стратегической целью инновационного развития России является модернизация экономики страны на базе формирования эффективной инновационной политики, в том числе региональной, направленной на обеспечение конкурентоспособности отечественных производителей на внутреннем и мировых рынках товаров и услуг. Исследование регионов показывает, что без должной нормативно-правовой поддержки инновационной деятельности не только снижается инновационная активность, но и теряются конкурентные преимущества региона и, как следствие, снижается инновационный потенциал. Система мониторинга развития и оценки инновационной активности регионов должна базироваться на основе Индекса инновационного развития региона
