Abstract

Статья посвящена анализу теории и практики инновационного развития экономических систем. Автор рассматривает современные тенденции развития высокотехнологичных отраслей развитых стран и государственную инновационную политику Российской Федерации.The article is devoted to analysis of the theory and practice of innovative development of economic systems. The author examines current trends in the development of high-tech industries of the developed countries and state innovation policy of the Russian Federation.
