Abstract

В настоящей статье анализируется состояние человеческого потенциала в современной России с использованием метода предельно критических показателей. Обосновываются риски его развития. Предлагается использование апробированных методик индикативного измерения состояния человеческого потенциала при принятии управленческих решений.This article examines the state of human potential in modern Russia using the method of critical indicators. Justify the risks of its development. The use of proven techniques indicative measure of human potential state when making management decisions.
