Abstract

Темпы экономического роста в России снижаются четвертый год подряд данной проблемой озаботилось высшее руководство страны. Президент дал поручение соответствующим ведомствам подготовить предложения по изменению ситуации. в связи с этим развернулась активная дискуссия по поводу необходимости смягчения денежно-кредитной политики и девальвации курса рубля. автор статьи высказал свою точку зрения по этому поводу.Declining economic growth rates in Russia for the fourth consecutive year is a significant problem for the country's leadership. the President instructed the relevant departments to prepare proposals to rectify the situation. there is an active discussion as to whether the government should run a loose monetary policy and set course towards ruble devaluation. the author shares his insights on this matter.
