Abstract

В статье дан сравнительный анализ отдельных норм страхового законодательства Франции и Англии с нормами Российского права, регулирующего договор добровольного страхования автотранспортных средств. Разработаны положения по совершенствованию действующего гражданского законодательства: организация фонда объединений страховщиков по договору добровольного страхования автотранспортных средств, законодательное закрепление страхования ответственности страхового брокера.
