Налоговые Риски: Проявление И Возможные Пути Минимизации

Abstract

Налоговые риски как налогоплательщиков, так и государства определяются одними и теми же факторами, что требует от государства учета возможных рисков всех участников налоговых отношений. Налоговые риски не являются неизбежными, большинство из них можно свести к минимуму. В статье предлагаются меры по уменьшению влияния налоговых рисков на финансовое положение налогоплательщиков и на доходную часть бюджетов всех уровней.
