Abstract

В рамках разработки инструментария реформирования бюджетно-налоговой системы региона в настоящей статье освещается опыт разработки иерархической 3-уровневой экономико-математической модели бюджетного планирования, ориентированной на применение на всех уровнях бюджетной системы России.
