Об Эффективности Специального Режима Налогообложения При Выполнении Соглашений О Разделе Продукции

Abstract

В статье рассмотрены особенности налогообложения инвесторов при выполнении соглашений о разделе продукции (СРП), проведен сравнительный анализ налогообложения добывающей компании при лицензионном режиме недропользования и добыче полезного ископаемого на основе СРП. Проанализированы подходы к оценке эффективности применения СРП по двум вариантам раздела продукции и в сравнении с общим режимом налогообложения. Сделан вывод о целесообразности применения СРП с точки зрения оптимизации средств добывающей компании, передаваемых государству, лишь при определенных условиях раздела прибыльной продукции.
