Abstract

Исследования категориального аппарата имеют для юридической науки первостепенное значение в связи с тем, что они являются одной из основ для анализа нормативного материала и решения проблемы разграничения отраслей права. В данной работе рассматриваются научные категории «деньги», «финансы» в их связи с предметом финансового права, а также изменениями, внесенными в Номенклатуру специальностей научных работников в 2012 году.
