Ценовой И Таможенный Аспекты Развития Инновационной Экономики В России

Abstract

Рассматривается влияние проводимой в России ценовой и таможенной политики на развитие отечественного производства. Показано, что заниженная ставка таможенных пошлин и рост цен не стимулируют развитие отечественного производства на предприятиях с полным производственным циклом и создают благоприятные условия для сборочных производств на основе импортных комплектующих, что сдерживает развитие инноваций.
