Abstract

В статье анализируется становление законодательства в области саморегулирования предпринимательской деятельности. Исследуется возникновение саморегулирования как института предпринимательского права. Выявляются перспективные направления реформирования законодательства о саморегулировании. Рассматривается периодизация развития законодательства в сфере саморегулирования.
