Abstract

В статье предлагается концепция региональной налоговой политики на основе системного подхода и рейтинговой оценки регионов, позволяющая учесть потенциальные возможности хозяйства региона аккумулировать средства в бюджете, особенности регионального развития, отраслевую специализацию региона, обеспечивающая экономический рост.A concept of a regional tax policy based on the system approach and rating assessment of regions is proposed that takes into account the potential capability of a regional economy to accumulate funds in the budget, regional development specifics, industry specialization of a region thereby ensuring the economic growth.
