Abstract

В статье рассмотрены последствия внесения изменений в главу 25 Налогового кодекса Российской Федерации в части учета амортизируемого имущества в рамках работы по сближению налогового и бухгалтерского учета, в том числе согласно МСФО, которые позволили получить в налогообложении приоритет экономического содержания операций над юридической формой.
