Abstract

Представлена система мониторинга финансовой устойчивости региональных территориальных систем, включающая блок показателей, предупреждающих об угрозе потери финансовой устойчивости территории на макроэкономическом уровне, финансово-кредитных индикаторов развития территории на региональном уровне и блок показателей для анализа последствий изменения финансовой устойчивости — социально-экономической устойчивости.A system of monitoring the financial soundness of regional territorial systems is described. the system includes a set of indices warning against the threat of the financial stability loss at the macroeconomic level, finance-and-credit indicators of the territory development at the regional level and a set of indices to analyze effects of the financial stability changing that are critical for the social-and-economic stability.
