Abstract

финансовый центр; ценные бумаги; дивиденды; налог на прибыль корпораций; подоходный налог; налог, удерживаемый у источника выплаты; налоговые льготы.Principal evaluation criteria used in the world practice for rating-based classification of international financial centers are considered. special attention is paid to taxation of operations on securities and term transaction financial instruments in countries where individual leading global financial centers are located.
