Консолидированная Группа Налогоплательщиков: Особенности Взаиморасчетов Между Участниками

Abstract

Рассмотрена необходимость перечисления каждым участником консолидированной группы налогоплательщиков (КГН) соответствующей суммы налога ответственному участнику КГН в качестве компенсации за уплаченный в бюджет за этого участника налог. Отмечена важность одобрения всеми участниками КГН порядка осуществления компенсационных платежей и его закрепления в договоре о создании КГН.
