Abstract

Рассмотрен зарубежный опыт построения региональных и муниципальных счетов, на основе методологии системы национальных счетов (снс). выделены основные проблемы построения снс, сформированы узловые методологические положения их разработки в Российской Федерации. Предложен авторский подход многоэтапной схемы разработки снс в разрезе «регион — муниципальные образования».The paper reviews foreign experience in building regional and municipal accounts using the methodology of system of national Accounts (snA). the authors focus on the key problems in building snA along with defining main methodological provisions for its development in the Russian Federation. the authors’ approach is a multistage snA development scheme in the context «region municipalities».
