Abstract

Словосочетание Value Based Management стало сегодня символом применения последних достижений в области управленческих технологий и самых современных инструментов финансового менеджмента, позволяющих эффективно планировать, контролировать и направлять действия организации на пути к достижению экономически оправданных целей. Если рассматривать недвижимость как наиболее долговечный товар из всех существующих и обеспечивающих надежность инвестиций, то грамотное и эффективное управление стоимостью недвижимостью является важнейшим фактором повышения конкурентоспособности любого предприятия.
