Недобросовестная Конкуренция В Международной Торговле

Abstract

Формирование единых правил международной торговли в рамках ВТО не привело к устранению межстрановых торговых конфликтов. Главным объектом торговых споров выступает так называемая недобросовестная конкуренция, под которой понимается главным образом демпинг со стороны компаний-экспортеров. С точки зрения рыночной экономики антидемпинговые меры представляют собой довольно противоречивое явление. С одной стороны, демпинг рассматривается как проявление недобросовестной конкуренции в международной торговле, и в соответствии с правилами ВТО в качестве противодействия допускается принятие антидемпинговых мер. С другой стороны, на практике именно антидемпинговые меры зачастую становятся скрытым орудием протекционизма, используемым для защиты национальной промышленности от конкурирующего импорта.
