Abstract

В статье раскрываются механизмы выработки фирмой стратегических целей участия в конкуренции. Описываются процессы определения фирмой стратегических областей бизнеса и конкуренции, выявления стратегических условий ведения конкуренции, определения и классификации стратегического окружения участников рынка, разработки стратегической конкурентной диспозиции. Автор дает определение стратегического менеджмента конкурентных действий, описывает этапы планирования стратегически значимых конкурентных действий, конкурентных результатов и конкурентного потенциала, а также излагает содержание процессов планирования стратегических полей конкуренции.В работе представлены возможности сочетания фирмой разных стратегий конкурентных действий, процессы стимулирования, организации и контроля применения стратегий конкурентных действий.
