Abstract

В 2013 г. было проведено исследование устойчивых конкурентных преимуществ малых инновационных предприятий в Нижнем Новгороде в сфере ИТ. Выводы сделаны на основании структурированных интервью с представителями 15 малых ИТ компаний Нижнего Новгорода. Респонденты больше внимания уделяют стратегии дифференциации, особенно дифференциации продукта на основе улучшения качества в области обслуживания клиентов. Приоритетным источником информации для нововведений и адаптации продукта является сам клиент. Персонал как ключевой ресурс привлекается извне за счет интересных проектов и удерживается за счет создания неформальной обстановки. Компании инвестируют деньги в создание собственного нового продукта, при этом имидж и репутация компании усиливают устойчивость конкурентного преимущества.
