Ответственность За Нарушения При Размещении Заказов Для Государственных И Муниципальных Нужд

Abstract

Данная статья посвящена некоторым несоответствиям между совершенными административными правонарушениями при размещении заказов государственными, муниципальными и иными заказчиками в соответствии с Федеральным законом от 21.07.2005 № 94-ФЗ «О размещении заказов на поставки товаров, выполнение работ, оказание услуг для государственных и муниципальных нужд» и санкциями за данные правонарушения. Также в ней анализируются различные варианты толкования одной и той же нормы и следствия данных толкований.
