Антимонопольная Политика В Области Стратегических Альянсов: Опыт Сша, Ес И России

Abstract

Для международных стратегических альянсов не существует целостной общемировой правовой системы, поэтому к данным соглашениям должны применяться нормы национального законодательства. Однако часто бывает достаточно сложно определить, законодательством страны кого из партнеров необходимо руководствоваться. На национальном уровне также могут возникать противоречия между отдельными нормативными актами разных стран, вступающими в противоречие друг с другом. Основная задача, поставленная автором в настоящей статье, — показать законодательные меры, направленные на регулирование деятельности стратегических альянсов, и дать их сравнительный анализ.
