Abstract

В статье проанализировано макроокружение предприятий розничной торговли г. Ново‑ сибирска с помощью количественного метода PEST‑анализа. Раскрыта сущность и обос‑ новано применение анализа в сфере розничной торговли для разработки стратегических альтернатив развития предприятия.
