Управления Дебиторской Задолженностью Как Конкурентное Преимущество Коммерческой Организации

Abstract

В статье рассмотрены основные методы достижения конкурентного преимущества в управлении дебиторской задолженностью: лимитирование планируемой задолжен‑ ности и регулирование непланируемой задолженности. Определены пути минимизации потерь из‑за отвлечения средств из оборота в результате задержки заказчиками оплаты поставленных им товаров, рассмотрен порядок применения факторинга, цессии, фор‑ мирования резерва по сомнительным долгам.
