Abstract

Нацеленность на устойчивое развитие и повышение национальной конкурентоспособности предполагает изменение не только главных факторов макроэкономической динамики, но и источников роста. На сегодняшний день постановка и решение задачи повышения конкурентоспособности, инновационности и модернизации российской экономики лишены прочного внутреннего финансового фундамента, активно взаимодействующего с другими необходимыми ресурсами.
