Соотношение Материальных И Терминальных Факторов Трудовой Мотивации Населения (На Примере Вологодской Области)

Abstract

В статье представлен анализ трудовой мотивации населения Вологодской области. Особое место в работе отведено определению роли материальных потребностей как основного фактора, побуждающего человека к трудовой деятельности. В ходе исследования было выявлено, что у большинства населения преобладает инструментальное отношение к труду. Это выражается в доминировании материальных потребностей над нематериальными при трудоустройстве, осуществлении трудовой деятельности, смене места работы и поиске дополнительной занятости. В результате это выражается в низком уровне социальных установок работников, нежелании повышать свою трудовую активность. В заключение делается вывод о том, что в таких условиях сам процесс труда для населения теряет свою ценность, что, несомненно, приводит к снижению производительности труда.
