Abstract

Общественные науки изучают реальное общество, поставляют знания, позволяющие понимать социально-экономическую реальность, функционирование и развитие социально-экономических систем. Вследствие существования неявного знания и местных особенностей, большое значение приобретают отечественные исследования, направленные на анализ и понимание российской экономики и общества. Вопрос экономического развития требует рассмотрения роли знаний и технологий; институциональной структуры; идей, верований и убеждений; способа организации взаимодействия науки и общества; неявного знания. Ценность неявного знания заключается в возможности аккумулирования информации, которая является источником и результатом экономических и социальных обменов. Нельзя выделить неявное знание в отдельный фактор экономического развития, так как, во-первых, по своей природе оно неартикулируемо, во-вторых, любая добровольная, совместная деятельность предполагает создание и использование неявного знания, в-третьих, неявное знание всегда локально и неприменимо в отрыве от деятельности и среды, в которой оно возникло
