Abstract

В статье анализируются преимущества стратегий связанной и несвязанной диверсификации для снижения рисков, в частности, агропредприятий в условиях действия регламентов ВТО и в целом высокой нестабильности современной экономической ситуации в России. Предложены меры по повышению эффектов диверсификации на примере Ростовской АПГ "Юг Руси".
