Коррупция В Системе Угроз Национальной Безопасности России

Abstract

Цель: изучить состояние, динамику и тенденции институциональной коррупции в России и определить ее место в системе угроз национальной безопасности. Методы: всеобщий диалектический метод познания, а также основанные на нем общенаучные, специальные и частноправовые методы исследования. Результаты: в статье осуществлен комплексный анализ институциональной коррупции. В частности, рассмотрены динамика доминирующих форм коррупции, динамика уровня коррупции, динамика антикоррупционной деятельности полиции, циклы противодействия коррупции, а также намечены пути развития антикоррупционной политики в России. Научная новизна: дано определение институциональной коррупции, раскрыты этапы и формы ее развития в постсоветской России. Практическая значимость: выводы и положения статьи могут быть использованы в научной, законотворческой и правоприменительной деятельности, а также в учебном процессе учреждений высшего профессионального образования.
