Abstract

Цель: разработка системы мер по повышению конкурентоспособности агропромышленного комплекса России в условиях присоединения Российской Федерации к Всемирной торговой организации. Методы: анализа и синтеза, программноцелевой метод. Результаты: Разработана система мер, направленных на повышение конкурентоспособности отечественного агропромышленного комплекса в условиях ВТО; даны рекомендации по адаптации агропромышленного комплекса к новым условиям. Научная новизна: Систематизированы преимущества, недостатки, угрозы и риски в системе отечественного агропромышленного комплекса в условиях функционирования в ВТО. Проведен анализ влияния новых экономических условий на обострение внутренних проблем в агропромышленном комплексе России. Практическая значимость: Сформированы рекомендации по внесению изменений в Государственную программу развития сельского хозяйства и регулирования рынка сельскохозяйственного сырья и продовольствия на 2013-2020 гг.
