Общественный Контроль В Сфере Противодействия Коррупции: Научная Категория И Ее Содержание

Abstract

Цель: разработать и предложить теоретически обоснованное определение общественного контроля в сфере противодействия коррупции как правовой категории. Методы: диалектический метод познания. Результаты: На основе структурного анализа правовых дефиниций общественного контроля, сформулированных в федеральном и региональном законодательстве Российской Федерации, а также в научной и справочной литературе, предложено новое определение общественного контроля в сфере противодействия коррупции. Оно существенно отличается от ранее имевшихся определений и раскрывает содержание общественного контроля в сфере противодействия коррупции как вида профессиональной деятельности. Научная новизна: Предложена новая редакция научной и правовой категории «общественный контроль в сфере противодействия коррупции». Практическая значимость: Разработанная научная категория общественного контроля в сфере противодействия коррупции позволяет раскрыть содержание этого вида деятельности и может способствовать дальнейшим исследованиям.
