Понятие И Механизм Реализации Реструктуризации Промышленных Предприятий

Abstract

Цель: дать определение понятию «реструктуризация», проанализировать действие экономического механизма реструктуризации. Методы: в работе применялись методы ситуационного, экономико-статистического анализа. Результаты: автором рассматривается понятие «реструктуризация предприятия» на основе анализа определений, рассматриваемых учеными в литературе. Доказано, что выбор метода структурных преобразований должен быть обоснован с точки зрения свойств организационных структур, критериев, целей, стратегий развития предприятия. На основе опроса руководителей и работников промышленных предприятий автором систематизированы проблемы, сдерживающие структурные изменения. Научная новизна: проанализированы и систематизированы определения разных ученых в изучаемой сфере деятельности, на их основе уточнено понятие «реструктуризация». Практическая значимость: проявляется в возможности выбора промышленными предприятиями наиболее оптимального подхода к реструктуризации на основе анализа существующих подходов к реализации механизма реструктуризации.
