Abstract

Цель: выявить проблемы в сфере экономики здравоохранения российских регионов на современном этапе и определить пути их решения. Методы: в работе применялись описательный, сравнительный, графический и статистический методы. Результаты: предложена классификация показателей развития системы здравоохранения региона, проведен сравнительный анализ показателей системы здравоохранения Республики Татарстан и регионов России, рассмотрен подход к организации системы здравоохранения Кубы, предложен ряд мер для решения основных экономических проблем системы здравоохранения региона. Научная новизна: дана сравнительная характеристика и проведен анализ проблем развития системы здравоохранения регионов, предложены пути для решения данных проблем. Практическая значимость: выявлены пути оптимизации системы здравоохранения региона.
