Организационная Стратегия Внутрифирменного Развития Корпорации

Abstract

Цель: рассмотрение конкретных подходов к решению проблем повышения эффективности производства промышленного предприятия. Методы: ситуационного и экономико-статистического анализа. Результаты: предложена методика организации работы по оптимизации производства. Разработан план мероприятий по совершенствованию производства для специально созданной рабочей группы. Рассчитан экономический эффект от предложенных мероприятий. Научная новизна: рекомендации, выработанные автором по реорганизации управления корпорацией, позволили выявить новые явления и методы управления в производственной системе. Практическая значимость: внесенные предложения по совершенствованию управления частично реализованы в работе корпорации «Группа компаний «ГАЗ». Также разработанные рекомендации были применены при создании проекта ООО «Литейный завод» на базе литейного производства и корпуса цветного литья.
