Причины И Условия Рецидивной Преступности Женщин: Особенности Региональной Характеристики

Abstract

Цель: изучение и описание детерминант повторного преступного поведения женщин. Методы: статистический, сравнительный, анкетирование, интервьюирование. Результаты: на основе социально-психологической концепции причинности дается анализ причин и условий рецидивной преступности женщин в Иркутской области. Научная новизна: установлено, что повторное преступное поведение женщин обусловлено не только общими, но и специфическими детерминантами, в частности, гендерными проблемами, существующими в системе общественных отношений, социальными ролями и функциями женщин, их биологической и психологической спецификой. Значимыми деформациями сознания, обусловливающими их повторное преступное поведение, являются деформации экономической, нравственной, правовой и семейно-бытовой психологии. Практическая значимость: определяется совокупностью выводов прикладного характера с точки зрения их использования в деятельности субъектов профилактики женской преступности.
