Новые Реалии Рынка Труда России И Их Влияние На Менеджмент Компании

Abstract

Цель: определение новых реалий в системе найма персонала современной компании. Метод: абстрактно-логический. Результаты: на основе оценки мнений различных ученых в изучаемой сфере деятельности доказана необходимость пересмотра системы найма персонала. Рассмотрены новые реалии рынка труда и их влияние на менеджмент компании. Подчеркнута важность участия менеджеров в построении системы взаимодействия с персоналом и разработки стандартов и формальных правил ожидаемого от персонала качества работы. Приведены примеры несоответствия подходов современных компаний к проблеме найма персонала. Научная новизна: выявлены новые реалии рынка труда современной компании. Представлен анализ основных стереотипов менеджеров по отношению к персоналу. Практическая значимость: в возможности определить основные аспекты системы поиска и найма персонала для создания эффективной команды, ориентированной на результат.
