Abstract

Цель: оценка итогов энергетического аудита в России за 2010–2013 гг. для повышения качества энергетического обследования предприятий отрасли. Метод: абстрактно-логический. Результаты: статья содержит критический анализ проводимой современной политикой работой в области энергетического аудита. Авторы приходят к выводу о низком качестве энергетических обследований и необходимости внедрения ответственности аудиторов за предлагаемые ими энергосберегающие мероприятия. Научная новизна: Впервые предложена и обоснована возможность повышения качества энергоаудита путем изменения схемы работы энергосервисных компаний. Практическая значимость: на основе анализа рынка энергоаудита предложены практические рекомендации, которые будут способствовать повышению качества энергоаудита и энергетической эффективности предприятий отрасли.
