Противодействие Транснациональной Корпоративной Коррупционной Преступности В Великобритании

Abstract

Цель: анализ современного опыта Великобритании в области борьбы с транснациональной коррупционной преступностью юридических лиц. Методы: всеобщий диалектический метод познания, системный, структурно-функциональный, статистический анализ, метод сравнительного правоведения. Результаты: установлены современные правовые механизмы привлечения к ответственности юридических лиц за подкуп иностранных государственных служащих в Великобритании. Научная новизна: на основе проведенного анализа законодательства и актуальной практики выявлены особенности противодействия транснациональной корпоративной коррупционной преступности в Великобритании, отмечены правовые проблемы применения Закона о взяточничестве. Практическая значимость: возможность учета правового регулирования данного сегмента противодействия коррупции в Великобритании при реформировании отечественного антикоррупционного законодательства.
