Концептуальная Модель Взаимодействия Элементов Управления Проектами Развития Промышленных Предприятий

Abstract

Цель: создание структурно-логической схемы соподчинения компонентов управления проектами развития предприятий различных отраслей промышленности. Методы: анализ и синтез, дедукция и индукция. Результаты: предложено детализированное описание элементов управления проектами на основе определения, анализа и классификации субъектов, целей, принципов, многообразия видов, стадий жизненного цикла и инструментов управления проектами развития. Научная новизна: отличительной особенностью предлагаемой модели является структурированная взаимосвязь компонентов управления проектами, включающих субъекты, цели, принципы, многообразия видов, стадий жизненного цикла проектов, соподчиненных при помощи инструментов управления проектами. Практическая значимость: представленная модель обеспечивает системный подход к управлению проектами на различных предприятиях и может стать отправной точкой для анализа любого элемента управления проектами на промышленном предприятии.
