Abstract

Цель: выявление факторов привлекательности медицинских услуг, оказываемых муниципальными и частными медицинскими учреждениями. Методы: полевые маркетинговые исследования на основе выборочного личного интервью по формализованной анкете и сравнительный анализ удовлетворенности потребителей медицинских услуг. Результаты: выявлено, что 68% респондентов по тем или иным причинам не удовлетворены оказанием медицинских услуг муниципальными учреждениями здравоохранения. Наибольшее недовольство вызывают ожидание приема врача больше часа, отсутствие узких специалистов, качество обслуживания, безразличное отношение врачей к пациенту и другие. Научная новизна: определены наиболее привлекательные стороны платных медицинских центров, к которым респонденты отнесли отсутствие очередей, наличие узких специалистов, качество услуг. Практическая значимость: достижения платных медицинских учреждений, привлекающих внимание клиентов за счет более качественного обслуживания, служат базой для заимствования опыта муниципальными медицинскими учреждениями.
