Методические Вопросы Экономического Анализа На Различных Этапах Реорганизации Юридических Лиц

Abstract

Цель: определение методических особенностей проведения экономического анализа на различных этапах реорганизации юридических лиц. Метод: абстрактно-логический. Результаты: выделены основные этапы реорганизации юридических лиц: предварительный, подготовительный, регистрационный, заключительный. Определены и обоснованы основные направления проведения экономического анализа для каждого этапа реорганизации, его цели, задачи, информационная база и методические вопросы. Научная новизна: выделены основные этапы реорганизации юридических лиц, связанные с определенными управленческими решениями, контрольно-аналитической работой. Определены основные особенности проведения аналитической работы на различных этапах реорганизации. Практическая значимость: проявляется в возможности выбора оптимальных управленческих решений по результатам аналитической работы при принятии решения о реорганизации, оптимальных формах ее осуществления и в процессе ее проведения.
