Антикризисный Потенциал Инновационных Предприятий

Abstract

Цель: проанализировать возможности формирования антикризисного потенциала инновационных предприятий. Методы: анализ и синтез, а также абстрактно-логический метод. Результаты: В целях развития антикризисного потенциала обоснованы критерии разделения инновационных предприятий на инертные и саморазвивающиеся. На основе анализа кризисных сигналов внешней и внутренней среды инновационных предприятий дополнена классификация кризисных сигналов по степени воздействия на потенциал развития предприятия, предложены стратегии и тактики формирования антикризисного иммунитета. Научная новизна: Дополнена классификация кризисных сигналов внешней и внутренней среды, выявлены основные стратегии формирования антикризисного потенциала, сформулированы признаки формирования антикризисного иммунитета инновационного предприятия. Практическая значимость: заключается в возможности управления кризисными явлениями инновационных предприятий через отслеживание внешних и внутренних кризисных сигналов предприятия и определение стратегии дальнейшего развития.
